It is our policy not to access any patient data for all our system work including but not limited to feature upgrades and bug fixes.

Business/ organisational information – this is the information we need about our customer/ healthcare provider to be able to supply our services and enable billing processes for the same. 

Automated Information – though the email communications we send you, we may use certain tools to capture data about your interaction with our communications if or when you open our message, click on any links or banners it contains. We use this information to enhance our marketing efforts.  We do not sell or distribute this information to third parties.

Feedback & Support Requests – If you provide us with feedback, contact us for support or to ask us questions, we will collect your name, email address, other contact information and information needed to follow-up in response to your feedback or provide the requested support/ answer your question.
